Welcome to the Erlestoke Manor Fund Website

Sales Coach & Fundraising Activities

The main source of income for the fund is the Sales Coach, a former GUV parcels coach, based at Bewdley Station (next to the catering facilities) on the Severn Valley Railway. Previously managed by the late Geoff Richardson the sharpest shop keeper around, over many years of hard work & dedication, the proceeds from sales have enabled the fund to finance the restoration of 7802 Bradley Manor twice & Erlestoke Manor once plus a couple of tenders, the sales coach itself and a Fruit D van for stores.

Opening times are usually 9.00am to 5.00pm at weekends, and others days: 'if the door is open, then we are open!'

This selection of photographs give a good idea what is stocked; books, model trains, railway videos, pictures and much, much more, all reasonably priced.

Limited Edition 00 Gauge Wagons
Through 2 specific donations, the fund has commissioned a limited edition run of 2 private owner wagons from the Severn Valley local area to be made by Dapol. The first is for a company called George Brown and Sons who were Lime, Cement and Builders Merchants in Kidderminster, with the second being for Field and Mackay, Clee Hill Basalt. There are around 100 of each available from the fund shop on Bewdley station at £7.95 each, or email stevensg2@aol.com for further details. Our thanks to Alan James and Graham Stevens for the donations.
